整機(jī)功能:
◆ 采用預(yù)壓送紙，送紙平穩(wěn)；
◆ 采用薄刀分切（厚度僅為1毫米）設(shè)有自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)砂輪磨削，保持刀刃鋒利，使分切的紙板平滑整齊；
◆ 紙板通過(guò)預(yù)壓、分切后再經(jīng)過(guò)壓線(xiàn)平完成產(chǎn)品要求，壓痕不出現(xiàn)裂痕現(xiàn)象；
◆ 可提供瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)改造用薄刀紙機(jī)。
General Features:
◆ Pre-pressing paper feeding is applied to ensure stable feeding;
◆ Thin blade cutting(thickness is only 1mm)is applied.Automatic and man-ual grinding wheels are equipped for grinding,so as to keep cutter sharp and ensure smoothness and tidiness of the cutting paperboard.
◆ After pre-pressing and parting cut,paperboard will be pressed to meet requirements,Impression is free of crack;
◆ Thin cutter can be supplied to improve production line of corrugated board.
